Western blot shows lysates of human testis tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.2 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human TSP50 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2430) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for TSP50 at approximately 55 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Background

TSP50 is a member of the peptidase S1 family of serine proteases. It is a secreted glycoprotein that may play a role in spermatogenesis and act as an oncogene.
