Affinity purified rabbit anti- NOPP140 antibody used for WB at 0.04 mcg/ml (A) and 1 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. NOPP140 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NOPP140 antibody NBP1-22981, which recognizes an upstream epitope.

Background

NOPP140 (140 kDa nucleolar phosphoprotein) is implicated to play a role in ribosome assembly and the regulation of rRNA transcription. It has been observed to shuttle between the nucleus and cytoplasm and may also be important to nucleolar structural organization.
