Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HS1BP3 antibody NBP3-30730 (lot NBP3-30730-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. HS1BP3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-HS1BP3 antibody . For blotting immunoprecipitated HS1BP3, NBP3-30730 was used at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
