Background
OLA1, also known as obg-like ATPase 1, functions as a negative regulator of the cellular antioxidant response independent of transcriptional processes. OLA1 suppresses the antioxidant response through nontranscriptional mechanisms. Recombinant human OLA1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
Limitations
This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Peptides and proteins are
guaranteed for 3 months from date of receipt.
