Progesterone R/NR3C3 was detected in immersion fixed T47D human breast cancer cell line using Sheep Anti-Human Progesterone R/NR3C3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5415) at 1.7 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL010) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to nuclei. Progesterone R/NR3C3 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human prostate cancer tissue using Sheep Anti-Human Progesterone R/NR3C3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5415) at 5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Sheep HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS019) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to nuclei. Western blot shows lysates of T47D human breast cancer cell line.
