Background

DYRK3, or dual specificity tyrosine-phosphorylation-regulated kinase 3, is a negative regulator of EPO-dependent erythropoiesis and may place an upper limit on red cell production during stress erythropoiesis. DYRK3 inhibits cell death due to cytokine withdrawal in hematopoietic progenitor cells, and may also act by regulating CREB/CRE signaling.

1. I am interested in Cat.No. NB110-94876 (anti-DYRK3) but would like to know if you have tested or if any feedback is available on the testing of this antibody with siRNA for DYRK3?
   • With regard to NB110-94876, we have not yet tested this product with an siRNA knockout or knockdown sample. Thus far, this antibody has been evaluated in western blot with Jurkat whole cell lysate and ICC with HeLa cells. We have also not had any publications submitted to us using this product.
