Cullin 1 Antibody (JM72-30)

Western Blot: Cullin 1 Antibody (JM72-30) [NBP2-75458] - Analysis of Cullin 1 on MCF-7 cell lysates. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/500) was used in 5% BSA at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1:200,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Cullin 1 Antibody (JM72-30) [NBP2-75458] - Analysis of paraffin-embedded human gallbladder tissue with Rabbit anti-Cullin 1 antibody washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody at 1/100 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

Flow Cytometry: Cullin 1 Antibody (JM72-30) [NBP2-75458] - Analysis of Hela cells with Cullin 1 antibody at 1/100 dilution (red) compared with an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black).

Western Blot: Cullin 1 Antibody (JM72-30) [NBP2-75458] - Analysis of Cullin 1 on MCF-7 cell using anti-Cullin 1 antibody at 1/1,000 dilution.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Cullin 1 Antibody (JM72-30) [NBP2-75458] - Analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach cancer tissue using anti-Cullin 1 antibody. Counter stained with hematoxylin.
