Application Notes |
IHC: NBP1-02328 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. |
Reactivity Notes
Gorilla, Gibbon, Marmoset. Predicted cross-reactivity based on sequence identity: Panda (100%), Elephant (87%), Sheep (80%), Lizard (80%).

Background
Corticotropin-releasing factor receptor 1 (CRFR1/CRHR1), a Corticotropin-Releasing Factor Receptor, is involved in mediating the stress response and anxiety-related behaviors. Mutations of the receptor reduce anxiety-related behaviors and may be involved in the pathogenesis of Cushing disease. Multiple isoforms of CRFR1 are produced by alternative splicing.
Limitations
This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Primary Antibodies are
guaranteed for 1 year from date of receipt.
