Background

CALCB belongs to the calcitonin family and is involved in dilating vessels. It is expressed in the nervous and endocrine system. This protein is known to have interactions with ADCYAP1, ADCYAP1R1, ADM, ADM2 and ADRB1.

A specific band was detected for EN‑RAGE/S100A12 at approximately 10 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
