| Description | Novus Biologicals Rabbit beta-2 Adrenergic R/ADRB2 Antibody (13D6) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free (NBP3-12008) is a recombinant monoclonal antibody validated for use in WB, ELISA, ICC/IF and IP. All Novus Biologicals antibodies are covered by our 100% guarantee. |
| Additional Information | Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody |
| Immunogen | This antibody was raised by immunizing mice with beta-2 adrenergic receptor. |
| Specificity | 13D6 antibody recognizes human beta-2 adrenergic receptor. It was reported that this antibody recognizes extracellualr domains of the receptor (Han et al., 2012). Beta-adrenergic receptors mediate the catecholamine-induced activation of adenylate cyclase through the action of G proteins. The beta-2-adrenergic receptor binds adrenaline with far grater affinity than noradrenaline. |
