1. I have a question about the result of flow analysis in the Product Datasheet of your antibody NBP2-29941. Does this antibody test Lipoxygenase in membrance, nucleus or cytoplasm?
   • The 12-Lipoxygenase protein is present in both the cytoplasm and membrane, so the flow experiment would have been performed using a cytoplasmic permeabilization buffer. Typically this is done either using methanol as the fixation buffer or using 0.1% tween-20 in the wash and diluent buffers.
