Western Blot: COX4 Antibody - BSA Free [NB110-39115] - Total protein from HeLa, 3T3 and PC12 was separated on a 4-20% gel by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and blocked in 5% non-fat milk in TBST. The membrane was probed with 0.5 ug/mL anti-COX4 in 5% block buffer and detected with an anti-rabbit HRP secondary antibody using chemiluminescence.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: COX4 Antibody - BSA Free [NB110-39115] - COX4 antibody was tested in HeLa cells with Dylight 488 (green). Nuclei and alpha-tubulin were counterstained with DAPI (blue) and Dylight 550 (red).

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: COX4-I1 Antibody [NBP3-05851] - Immunofluorescence staining of COX4-I1 in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with NBP3-05851 (1:1000) at 4 overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.

Western Blot: COX4-I1 Antibody [NBP3-05851] - NBP3-05851 at 1:500 dilution Lane A: NIH3T3 Whole Cell Lysate Lane B: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate Lane C: Hela Whole Cell Lysate Lysates/proteins at 30 ug per lane. Secondary Goat Anti- Rabbit IgG H&L (Dylight 800) at 1/10000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:15 kDa Observed band size:17 kDa (We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.)
