Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Iba1 antibody (NBP2-19019) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Flow Cytometry: Ly-6G/Ly-6C Antibody (RB6-8C5) [NBP2-00441] - 1 ug/1^6 BALB/c bone marrow cells were stained with either rat IgG2b: FITC (as an isotype control) or rat anti-mouse Ly-6G: FITC. Large cells were then gated and analyzed on a flow cytometer.

Flow Cytometry: Ly-6G/Ly-6C Antibody (RB6-8C5) [NBP2-00441] - Analysis using the Allophycocyanin conjugate of NBP2-00441. Staining of C57BL/6 bone marrow cells with 0.125 ug of Rat IgG2b kappa Isotype Control APC (blue histogram) or 0.125 ug of Anti-Mouse Ly-6G (Gr-1) APC (purple histogram).

Immunohistochemistry: GFAP Antibody (5C10) [NBP1-05197] - Analysis of rat cerebellum section stained with mouse mAb to GFAP, NBP1-05197, dilution 1:1,000, in green, costained with rabbit pAb to neurofilament NF-L, dilution 1:2,000, in red. Following transcardial perfusion of rat with 4% paraformaldehyde, brain was post fixed for 24 hours, cut to 45uM, and free-floating sections were stained with above antibodies. The NBP1-05197 antibody stains a network of astroglial cells, while the NF-L antibody labels neuronal cells and their processes.

Western Blot: GFAP Antibody (5C10) [NBP1-05197] - Analysis of whole tissue lysates using mouse mAb to GFAP, NBP1-05197, dilution 1:2,000, in green: [1] protein standard (red), [2] rat brain, [3] rat spinal cord, [4] mouse brain, [5] mouse spinal cord. Gel Super Shift Assays: HIF-1 alpha Antibody [NB100-654] - Mouse HIF-1 alpha+/+ and HIF-1 alpha+/- cells were exposed to hypoxia or 125 uM CoCl2 for 6 h, nuclear extracts were then prepared and EMSA carried out. HIF-1 isolated from hypoxia or CoCl2-treated cells bound to the wild-type probe (lanes #1-6) but not to the mutant probe (lanes #7-12). HIF-1/DNA complex was detected in hypoxia (H)-or CoCl2 (Co)-treated cells (lanes #2, 3, 5, 6) but not in control (C) cells (lanes #1, 4). Flow Cytometry: CD45 Antibody (OX-1) - BSA Free [NB100-64895] - Representative sequential gating during flow cytometry analysis of rat non-parenchymal liver cells (n = 4). Cells were labeled with antibodies to SE-1 (NB110-68095AF488), CD31, and CD45 (NB100-64895PE). LSECs were then identified as SE-1-Alexa488+ cells (e), and the biexponential CD45-PE/CD31-APC of events (f) were used to display and select the CD45+ CD31+ subsets of LSECs.
