![Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: TARDBP Antibody (3H8) [NBP1-92695] - NBP1-92695 was used to stain a section of formalin fixed adult rat brain, specifically the hippocampus. Hippocampal neuron nuclei are stained strongly. Chicken antibody to GFAP (NBP1-05198, green) shows the processes of astrocytic glial cells. Nuclei of all cells are revealed with DAPI DNA stain (blue). The TARDBP (3H8) antibody stains neuronal nuclei strongly and the nuclei of some non-neuronal cells much more weakly. ![Immunoprecipitation: TDP-43/TARDBP Antibody (4R5L7) [TDP-43/TARDBP] - Immunoprecipitation of TDP-43/TARDBP from 500 ug extracts of K-562 cells was performed using 2 ug of TDP-43/TARDBP Rabbit mAb . Rabbit IgG isotype control was used to precipitate the Control IgG sample. IP samples were eluted with 1X non-reducing Laemmli Buffer. The Input lane represents 10% of the total input.
