Western Blot: WBP4 Antibody [NBP2-60731] - Detection of human WBP4 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 ug) from HeLa, 293T, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-WBP4 antibody NBP2-60731 used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Immunoprecipitation: WBP4 Antibody [NBP2-60731] - Detection of human WBP4 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-WBP4 antibody NBP2-60731 used for IP at 8 ul per reaction. WBP4 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-WBP4 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated WBP4, NBP2-60731 was used at 1:400. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
