Background

Suppresses Src-dependent tyrosine phosphorylation and activation of PDPK1 and its downstream signaling. Down-regulates PDPK1 kinase activity by interfering with tyrosine phosphorylation at the Tyr-9 Tyr-373 and Tyr-376 residues. May act as a tumor suppressor. Suppresses cell growth and enhanced sensitivity to various anticancer drugs

1. Would you have any data about antibody NB100-93442 used in WB on a cell lysate instead of muscle extract? In case you don't have any data for this, would you be ok to include an application of WB on human cell lysate as part of the innovator's reward program?

Provided that your samples are prepared properly, there should be no problem with this antibody.
