Western Blot: SCLY Antibody [NBP2-61229] - Detection of human and mouse SCLY by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 ug) from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SCLY antibody NBP2-61229 used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Immunoprecipitation: SCLY Antibody [NBP2-61229] - Detection of Human SCLY by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SCLY antibody NBP2-61229 used for IP at 20 ul per reaction. SCLY was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SCLY antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated SCLY, NBP2-61229 was used at 1:250. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Background
