1. May I know if this is an antibody that detects intracellular S1P1 or surface S1P1 or both?
   • The immunogen of this antibody is the full length human recombinant protein. We are not certain the location of the epitope. The FC was done without membrane permeabilization, suggesting a direct binding to membrane section.
