1. I would like to know if the anti-reep5 antibody (NBP1-44260) can react with the mouse-reep5 protein? Is the human antigen used for immunization identical with the equivalent mouse epitope?
   • We have not tested this antibody against mouse however I have carried out a blast search and it shows there is a 93% homology between mouse Reep5 and human Reep5. Our lab only recommends use if the % homology is above 85%. You may be interested in our Innovators Reward Program. You would be eligable for this if you test the antibody against mouse.
