Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PTPIP51 antibody NBP1-47293 used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate. PTPIP51 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PTPIP51 antibody NBP1-47294, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated PTPIP51, NBP1-47294 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
