Western Blot: PSD3 Antibody [NBP2-59124] - Detection of human PSD3 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from HeLa, 293T, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PSD3 antibody NBP2-59124 used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Immunoprecipitation: PSD3 Antibody [NBP2-59124] - Detection of human PSD3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PSD3 antibody NBP2-59124 used for IP at 20 ul per reaction. PSD3 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-PSD3 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated PSD3, NBP2-59124 was used at 1:100. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Background

PSD3 is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) specific for ARF6-like protein. The gene is potential tumour suppressor or antagonising gene candidate for ovarian carcinoma.
