Western Blot: PARP3 Antibody [NBP1-31415] - Whole cell extract (30 ug) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PARP3 antibody diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (NBP2-19301) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: PARP3 Antibody [NBP1-31415] - Paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa, using antibody at 1:500 dilution.

Background

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the PARP family. These enzymes modify nuclear proteins by poly-ADP-ribosylation, which is required for DNA repair, regulation of apoptosis, and maintenance of genomic stability. This gene encodes the poly(ADP-ribosyl)transferase 3, which is preferentially localized to the daughter centriole throughout the cell cycle. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified. [provided by RefSeq]
