• Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave a faint approx 90kDa band and a strong approx 70kDa band in Human Brain lysates after 1ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the 70kDa band we observe given the calculated size of 91.9kDa according to NP_065793.1, NP_851849.1 and .NP_055708.2 The 70kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
