Western Blot: NAT13 Antibody [NBP2-59113] - Detection of human and mouse NAA50 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 ug) from HeLa, 293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NAA50 antibody NBP2-59113 used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

Immunoprecipitation: NAT13 Antibody [NBP2-59113] - Detection of human NAA50 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NAA50 antibody NBP2-59113 used for IP at 20 ul per reaction. NAA50 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-NAA50 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated NAA50, NBP2-59113 was used at 1:250. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
