Background

The monoclonal antibody 25-9-3 reacts specifically with the I-Ab haplotype of MHC Class II molecules. Class II antigens are predominantly expressed on antigen-presenting cells including B lymphocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells and certain epithelial cells.
