Background

Acyl-CoA:lysophosphatidylglycerol (LPG) acyltransferase catalyzes the reacylation of LPG to phosphatidylglycerol, a membrane phospholipid that is an important precursor for the synthesis of cardiolipin (Yang et al., 2004 [PubMed 15485873]).[supplied by OMIM]
