HAI-2/SPINT2 Antibody

Immunohistochemistry: HAI-2/SPINT2 Antibody [26950002] - Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong cytoplasmic staining was seen in exocrine pancreas and in neuronal cells while glandular cells in the intestinal tract showed strong staining of the brush border. Squamous epithelia, liver, kidney and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative. Malignant tissues mainly exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Background

SPINT2 is an inhibitor of HGF activator. SPINT2 also inhibits plasmin, plasma and tissue kallikrein, and factor XIa.
