Western Blot: GABA-B R2 Antibody [NBP2-16569] - Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) boiled and unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GABA B Receptor 2 antibody [N2C1], Internal diluted at 1:2000 and DDDDK tag antibody (NBP2-43574) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (NBP2-19301) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Green: GABA B Receptor 2 protein stained by GABA B Receptor 2 antibody [N2C1], Internal (105986) diluted at 1:250. Red: beta Tubulin 3/ TUJ1, a mature neuron marker, stained by beta Tubulin 3/ TUJ1 antibody [11710] (NBP2-43559) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI.

Background

B-type receptors for the neurotransmitter GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) inhibit neuronal activity through G protein-coupled second-messenger systems, which regulate the release of neurotransmitters and the activity of ion channels and adenylyl cyclase.
