Western Blot: FAHD1 Antibody [NBP2-59100] - Detection of human FAHD1 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 ug) from HeLa, 293T, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-FAHD1 antibody NBP2-59100 used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Immunoprecipitation: FAHD1 Antibody [NBP2-59100] - Detection of human FAHD1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-FAHD1 antibody NBP2-59100 used for IP at 20 ul per reaction. FAHD1 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-FAHD1 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated FAHD1, NBP2-59100 was used at 1:250. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.
