Application Notes
1. Capture Antibody (NBP2-89918): Dilute to a working concentration of 2 ug/ml in PBS before coating.
2. Capture Antibody (NBP2-89919): Dilute to working concentration of 0.5 ug/ml in detection antibody dilution buffer before use.
3. Standard: Reconstitute with 1 ml detection antibody dilution buffer. After reconstitution, store at -20C to -80C in a manual defrost freezer. A seven-point standard curve using 2-fold serial dilutions in sample dilution buffer, and a high standard of 1500 pg/ml is recommended.

  1. I notice you sell both antibodies and recombinant protein for human cystatin SN. Could you perhaps develop an ELISA for this protein?
    • NBP1-55995 and H00001469-B01P are both suitable for use as antibodies in ELISA. While a kit is not in development, you could use these to make your own ELISA kit, as many of our users do.
