| Application Notes |
This CYR61 antibody is useful for Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence and Western Blot, where a band can be seen at both ~37 kDa (processed form) and ~45 kDa (full-length form) of CYR61 protein.
The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors. |
Reactivity Notes
Immunogen displays the following percentage of sequence identity for non-tested species: Rat (100%), Mouse (96%); however we have had negative feedback with the use of this antibody in mouse and rat tissue.
