Flow (Intracellular): CEACAM/CD66 Antibody (COL-1) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-33306] - An intracellular stain was performed on A549 cells with CEACAM/CD66 Antibody (COL-1) NBP2-33306PE (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to phycoerythrin. Image using the Azide and BSA Free format of this antibody.

• Immunogen: Colon carcinoma cell extract was used as the immunogen for the CEACAM1 antibody.
• Localization: Cytoplasmic and luminal surface
• Specificity: This antibody recognizes proteins of 80-200kDa, identified as different members of CEACAM family. This MAb does not react with nonspecific cross-reacting antigen (NCA) and with human polymorphonuclear leucocytes. It shows no reaction with a variety of normal tissues and is suitable for staining of formalin/paraffin tissues. CEACAM is not found in benign glands, stroma, or malignant prostatic cells
