| Application Notes | This HA95/AKAP8L antibody is useful for Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded sections. Use in Flow Cytometry reported in scientific literature (PMID: 16980585). In ICC/IF, nuclear staining was observed in HeLa cells. In Western Blot, a band can be seen at ~95 kDa representing HA95/AKAP8L. In IHC-P, staining was observed in the nucleus, specifically the nucleoli of human ovarian cancer tissue. Prior to immunostaining paraffin tissues, antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended. |
