![Flow Cytometry: Vimentin Antibody (PDH0-01) [NBP3-33093] - Flow cytometric analysis of Hela cells labeling Vimentin. Cells were fixed and permeabilized. Then stained with the primary antibody (NBP3-33093, 1ug/ml) (red) compared with Rabbit IgG Isotype Control (green). Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic (Catalog # CTS013). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
