The antibody generated a membrane-cytoplasmic staining in the cancerous cells of breast adenocarcinoma. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 1 ug/mL for 20 minutes at room temperature, followed by rat-Dylight 488 conjugated secondary antibody.
