![Western Blot: OS9 Antibody [NB100-519] - Contribution and interaction of OS-9 for degradation of SHH proteins. Cells stably expressing the N278A-HA precursor were depleted of OS-9 by siRNA, and the fate of N278A was followed after cycloheximide (CHX) addition. All samples were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotting with HA antibodies. Controls were treated with a commercial negative control siRNA. ![<b>Genetic Strategies Validation. </b>Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: CXCR4 Antibody - Azide Free [NBP2-24862] - Jurkat cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X TBS + 0.5% Triton X-100. The cells were incubated with anti-CXCR4 (NB100-56437) at a 1:25 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature and detected with an anti-rabbit DyLight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Alpha tubulin was used as a co-stain at a 1:1000 dilution and detected with and anti-mouse DyLight 550 (Red) at a 1:500 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 40X objective.
