A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with UBE2J2/UBC6 protein from human, horse, opossum, cattle, dog, mouse, rat, macaque, salmon, chicken, zebra finch, Xenopus and platypus based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Reactivity against homologues from other sources is not known.
