Western Blot: SUZ12 Antibody (JJ09-04) [NBP2-67888] - Analysis of SUZ12 on different lysates with Rabbit anti-SUZ12 antibody at 1/500 dilution. Lane 1: NIH/3T3 cell lysate Lane 2: PC-12 cell lysate Lane 3: Raw264.7 cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 10 ug/Lane. Predicted band size: 83 kDa Observed band size: 83 kDa Exposure time: 2 minutes; 8% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody at 1/500 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1:300,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Background

This zinc finger gene has been identified at the breakpoints of a recurrent chromosomal translocation reported in endometrial stromal sarcoma. Recombination of these breakpoints results in the fusion of this gene and JAZF1. The protein encoded by this gene contains a zinc finger domain in the C terminus of the coding region.
