• Application Notes: WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 50 kDa band in human brain (cerebellum) and human breast lysates after 0.5 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 93.8 kDa band according to NP_060169.2. The 50 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
• Theoretical MW: 94 kDa.
