Western Blot: Septin-8 Antibody [NBP2-15116] - Various tissue extracts (10 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Septin-8 antibody diluted at 1:4000. HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Background

SEPT8 is a member of the highly conserved septin family. Septins are 40- to 60-kD GTPases that assemble as filamentous scaffolds.
