RNF213 Antibody [NBP2-76354] - Detection of human RNF213 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RNF213 antibody NBP2-76354 used for IP at 15 ul per reaction. RNF213 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-RNF213 antibody and NBP2-76355. For blotting immunoprecipitated RNF213, NBP2-76354 was used at 1:40. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
