-
I am interested in buying P2X3 PARTIAL RECOMBINANT PROTEIN (H00005024-Q01) from your company. In would like to know is this the same as a normal protein lysis? Can I just use like a normal protein to do Western blot? Some people told me, we have to transfect this protein in bacteria, and we have to elute the protein from that. Is this true? I want to use this p2x3 partial recombinant protein in immunoprecipitation experiments to see, if it is binding with my protein of interest. Is this possible? Because in your protocol, it shows this is not active protein.
- This partial recombinant protein is mainly intended to be used as a positive control for WB and ELISA applications. This protein also has a 26 kDa N-term GST tag that could interfere with binding to your protein and to your column for IP. I would not recommend this product for your use, but if you have additional questions or concerns please contact our Technical Support Team.
