1. For this recombinant NPM1, is it considered as a monomer or would it also fold as oligomer?
   • We unfortunately do not have folding information for protein H00004869-P01. We do not perform any in-house testing on this product. These proteins are produced in a cell-free wheat germ system with an N-terminal 26kDa GST-tag. Due to this expression system, in our experience, the proteins do not always undergo the same folding and post-translational modifications they might undergo in an endogenous cell.
