Background
The function of C2orf25 remains unknown.Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) is an essential cofactor in several metabolic pathways. Intracellular conversion of cobalamin to adenosylcobalamin in mitochondria and to methylcobalamin in cytoplasm is necessary for homeostasis of methylmalonic acid and homocysteine. C2ORF25 encodes a protein involved in an early step of cobalamin metabolism (Coelho et al., 2008 [PubMed 18385497]).[supplied by OMIM].

My questions is about product number NBP1-54708. I'm trying to find information about what secondary antibody to use against this product. What secondary antibody was used in the Western blot associated with the antibody? Also, would you be able to tell me the method of detection for the Western blot as well (i.e. chemiluminescence or colorimetric)?
- The secondary antibody used in the Western blot was goat-anti-rabbit-HRP at a dilution of 1:5000 and the detection method used was chemiluminescence.
