| Application Notes | Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry frozen: Stains brain tissue showing selective labeling of neurons and stronger staining of axons and dendrites. Stains both the cell bodies and dendritic trees of neurons throughout the brain. Purkinje cells are stained more strongly than granule cells. In Western Blot this concentration was determined by indirect blotting using fresh total rat brain extract or enriched microtubule protein preparations. Predicted molecular weight: 350 kDa. Optimal dilutions and concentrations should be determined by the end user. Although not tested this antibody may be useful in Microarray and Immunocytochemistry. |
