Background

HM74 is a Nicotinic Acid GPCR. HM74 expression has been reported in adipose and spleen, as well as lymphocytes and monocytes. ESTs have been isolated from adipose, blood, liver, liver/spleen, placenta, prostate, and testis libraries.
