Immunohistochemistry: FDCSP Antibody [20620002] - Normal and malignant tissues were generally negative. A sub-population of cells in the salivary gland and surface epithelial cells of tonsil showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Background

FDCSP can bind to the surface of B-lymphoma cells, but not T-lymphoma cells, consistent with a function as a secreted mediator acting upon B-cells.
