Background
BCL7B is a member of the BCL7 family. Involved in cellular and developmental functions, BCL7B is located in the Williams-Beuren syndrome (WBS) critical region. Frequently expressed in heart, skeletal muscle and fetal liver, BLC7B can cause certain cardiovascular and musculo-skeletal defects.
