Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is an analytic biochemical assay that utilizes enzyme-linked antibodies on a microwell platform to quantitate specific proteins within biological samples. Visual detection is then achieved by adding the enzyme’s substrate, which causes a color-changing reaction to occur. There are three different types of ELISA that are most commonly used: indirect ELISA, sandwich ELISA and competitive ELISA. These assays are extremely useful for high-throughput diagnostic screenings drug testing.

![Immunoprecipitation: GAD1/GAD67 Antibody (OTI3G9) [NBP1-48272] - Negative control: IP without adding anti-GAD1 antibody.). For each experiment, 500ul of DDK tagged GAD1 overexpression lysates (at 1:5 dilution with HEK293T lysate), 2ug of anti-GAD1 antibody and 20ul (0.1mg) of goat anti-mouse conjugated magnetic beads were mixed and incubated overnight.
