Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: IGF-I R Antibody [NBP1-77679] - IHC analysis of a formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section of the human kidney cancer xenograft using 1:200 dilution of IFG-I R antibody (NBP1-77679). The signal was developed using HRP-DAB method which followed counterstaining of the cells with hematoxylin.

Simple Western: IGF-I R Antibody [NBP1-77679] - Simple Western lane view shows a specific band for IGF-1 R in 0.5 mg/ml of HepG2 lysate. This experiment was performed under reducing conditions using the 12-230 kDa separation system.

HIF-1 alpha protein and HIF-1 alpha target genes are elevated in SCs following retrovirus administration. Expression of mRNA for VP16, HIF-1 alpha , and beta -actin in transfected SCs was confirmed by PCR in VP16 and VP16-HIF SCs (A). Protein expression of VP16, HIF-1 alpha , HIF-2 alpha , VEGF, enolase, and protein loading controls (GFP or beta -actin) in transfected SCs was assessed by western blotting (B). Protein expression was normalized to the loading control. $Western Blot: IGSF4A/SynCAM1/CADM1 Antibody [NB300-186] - Rat brain and HEK cell lysates showing different glycosylation patterns. Brain fractions give banding patterns of a core glycosylation population around 50kDa and a slightly higher glycosylated population around 65 kDa. The heterologous HEK cell lysates give a single, fully glycosylated, band around 107kDa.$

Flow Cytometry: Dtk/TYRO3 Antibody [NBP1-28635] - An intracellular stain was performed on HeLa cells with Dtk/TYRO3 Antibody NBP1-28635AF647 (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 647.

Flow (Intracellular): Dtk/TYRO3 Antibody [NBP1-28635] - An intracellular stain was performed on U-937 cells with Dtk/TYRO3 Antibody NBP1-28635AF647 (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 647.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: ABCA1 Antibody (1276B) [NBP2-54792] - HepG2 cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X TBS + 0.5% Triton X-100. The cells were incubated with anti-ABCA1 at 10 ug/ml overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-rabbit DyLight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Alpha tubulin (DM1A) NB100-690 was used as a co-stain at a 1:1000 dilution and detected with an anti-mouse DyLight 550 (Red) at a 1:500 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 40X objective.

Flow (Intracellular): ABCA1 Antibody (1276B) [NBP2-54792] - An intracellular stain was performed on HepG2 Cells with ABCA1 (1276B) antibody NBP2-54792 (blue) and a matched isotype control MAB1050 (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde, following fixation, cells were permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 1 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature, followed by rabbit IgG APC-conjugated secondary antibody (F0111, R&D Systems).

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: ABCA1 Antibody (1276B) [NBP2-54792] - Analysis of a FFPE tissue section of mouse liver using ABCA1 antibody (1276B) Lot ckjv0116091 at 1:50 dilution. The primary antibody bound to ABCA1 antigen in the tissue section was detected using a HRP labeled secondary antibody and DAB reagent. Nuclei of the cells were counterstained with hematoxylin. This ABCA1 antibody generated specific staining in the membranes of the hepatocytes and the Kupffer cells. As expected for ABCA1, the staining signal was stronger in the Kupffer cells which are the tissue macrophages in liver.

Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PAX6 antibody (NBP2-19711) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PAX6 antibody (NBP2-19711) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Rat tissue extract (50 ug) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PAX6 antibody (NBP2-19711) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Mouse tissue extract (50 ug) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PAX6 antibody (NBP2-19711) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
